本稿は、直近の総選挙という具体的事象を入り口としながら、言論のあり方、権力構造、そして歴史の反復という、より大きな視野へと読者を導こうとするものです。
選挙結果そのものの是非を論じるというよりも、そこに現れた空気感、言葉の変化、そしてメディアの姿勢に着目し、「いま私たちは何を見ているのか」という問いを静かに投げかけます。
1930年代の欧州史、ワイマール体制、授権法、さらには現代のテクノロジー思想へと論が展開していく構成は、単なる時評の枠を超え、文明の流れを射抜く視座を提示しています。
藤原博士の筆致は、ときに強く、ときに挑発的です。
しかしその根底にあるのは、「歴史はどのように繰り返されるのか」「制度はどのように形を変えて持続するのか」という、長年にわたる思索の蓄積です。
本稿は、結論を急いで受け取るための解説ではありません。
むしろ、過去の歴史と現在の出来事を往還しながら、自身の判断の拠り所を点検するための材料を提供するものと言えるでしょう。
賛否を即断する前に、少し立ち止まり、
言葉の背後にある構造と、歴史の文脈に目を向けたい方へ。
熟読に値する一篇として、ここに転載いたします。
2026年2月8日の総選挙で、自民党が１３２議席を得て、単独で衆議院の三分の二を確保し、好き放題がやってのけられる、絶対多数を確保したという、悲劇的な結果が誕生してしまった。この異常事態と形容できる、威圧的な雰囲気を前に、｢私はこう判断する」と胸を張って意見を述べるのではない、奥歯にものが挟まった語法が、言論界で急に目立ち始めた。
それは、「こう見えたように思う」と、遠慮がちに口元を覆って発言する態度に似ており、特高警察が君臨していた、敗戦前の日本を思い出させ、自己保身を強く感じさせた。「事実はこうだ」とか、「私はこう考える」というのが、言論の基本スタイルだのに、監視され委縮してしまうと、歯切れが悪くなるのであり、今の日本のメディアは、口籠ったり問題をぼやかしたりする。
その典型が統一教会問題で、反日邪教に乗っ取られ、首相から陣笠議員までが、韓鶴子にTM（トゥルー・マザー）とひれ伏し、売国行為に明け暮れても、大手メディアは取り上げようとしない。今回の衆議院選挙でも、投票直前にこの問題が浮上すると、高市は冒頭解散を決め、党首討論をドタキャンし、卑劣な敵前逃亡をした時でも、問題視するメディアは少なかった。
しかも、高市は衆院解散表明の際に、「国論を二分する大胆な政策」について、有権者の審判を仰ぐことが、厳冬期に突然の解散を踏み切った大義と理由であると強調して見せた。そして、「国会での審議に入る前に、国民に正面から信を問うべきだと考えた」と訴えた。しかし、今回の選挙の隠れた目的は、首相に全権を与えることで、授権法の復活である。
1933年の段階で議席数は、ナチス党は連立仲間として、国家人民党を持っており、過半数に達していなかった点で、維新の協力で自民党が保つ、少数与党の体制に良く似ていた。だが、ナチ党はラジオとプロパガンダで、選挙運動を展開してから、ヒトラーは中央党を仲間に加えて、カトリックと妥協を試み、共産党を非合法化したので、議会の三分の二を確保していた。
しかも、国会議事堂放火事件を口実に、「国家の危機」を強調して、「授権法」を強行採決したので、ワイマール体制が終わり、ナチスによる独裁体制が始まった。ナチスの授権法は全権委任法と呼ばれ、民族と国家の危難を除去するために、首相と大統領を兼ねた総統に対し、全権を与える法律であり、1933年にヒトラーが実現した独裁体制だ。
手続き上は合法を装って、選挙を用いて実現した独裁制で、立法的な権限としては、国会の同意がなくても、内閣だけで法律を制定でき、議会制や民主制を否定するから、実質的に憲法を無効化した。米国留学中の麻生太郎は、マンガでこの手口を学び、称賛していたことで有名だが、麻生の支援で首相になったので、ナチスかぶれの高市にとって、この手法は魅惑的だった。
その再現を狙った高市が、演出による人気を活用して、衆議院選挙を信任投票にすり替え、議席の三分の二を獲得した上で、次に来るアジェンダは、「授権法」としての首相権限の強化である。そうなれば、議事堂の放火事件を抜きで、独裁体制の確立という破目になり、Warmongerの彼女にとって、願ったりの天祐だったから、一人静かにほくそ笑んだだろうが、「天知る地知る」で見破った人がいた。
野崎晃市はコメントメール#109で触れた、飯山一郎の後継者らしく、この二人は『金正恩が統一朝鮮王になる！！』と題した、奇怪な本の共著者であり、現在は満州の大連に住んでいるようだ。
飯山一郎は習近平の手羽先で、彼との出会いや因縁については、#109を参照して貰うことにするが、「中南海」筋が高市早苗に対して、「九尾の狐」と見ているとは実に面白い。

今回の選挙に不正投票が行われ、得票数に疑惑があった件は、幾つもの動画で取り上げられているが、AI時代に似合った形で、各種の興味深い分析があり、いろんな分野の人がそれを試みている。今の電算技術を使うならば、プログラムの運用次第で選挙結果を簡単に操作でき、この方面で日本に比べて20年ほど先行する米国では、２１世紀初頭の米大統領選挙にドミニオンが使われたように、不正投票が堂々と実行され、資金を持つ者の横暴が目立つ。
日本でもムサシの不正利用が選挙の度に取沙汰されているが、アメリカの手口が導入されて、日本でも活用されているらしく、今回の選挙でも、財界やメディアと密着した、先端技術と結ぶ集団が裏で操作して、自民の大勝やチームみらいの進出に関係したという疑惑があるが、真面目に解明する価値がありそうだ。
中でも金子吉友の反DSチャンネルは、「チームみらい」に登場する顔ぶれを取り上げており、それによれば、代表である平井卓也を筆頭に、竹中平蔵やホリエモン、東大の松尾豊や平将明などが応援団に並ぶ。しかも、念の入ったことであるが、MITのメディア・ラボの所長だった時に、エプスタイン島に出かけ、臭い資金を集めた容疑で、所長を首になった伊藤穰一までもが顔を出す。
こうした顔ぶれが、「チームみらい」を構成し、富裕層や財界人の利益を代表し、AIの世界、「シリコンバレー人脈」とも強く結びつき、その背後にDSが控えているのが読み取れる。
金子吉友は系統図作りが得意で、苦労して組み立ててくれる貴重な存在であるし、彼のような「縁の下の力持ち」がたくさん育つことによって、日本の情報環境のレベルが高くなりそうだ。このタイプの問題は、老いた私よりも遥かに優れた取材力と鋭い分析力を誇る、若い彼らに任せることにして、私は暫く傍観していることにする。
ただ、未来の全貌を俯瞰する意味で、Open AIの創業に参加して、技術担当の副社長だったのに、ビル・ゲイツの投資を受け、経営理念に反発して辞任し、自らAnthropicを創業した点で、高い倫理観の持ち主である、イタリア生まれのアモディ博士は、高い人格と優れた思想の持ち主だと記しておきたい。
彼が書いた『テクノロジーの思春期』は、非常に深い洞察と教訓に富み、広いに展望を持っていることは、記事の論旨でひしひしと伝わり、人格的にも優れてい.る上に、信頼できる人物であることは確実だ。Amodei博士が『テクノロジーの思春期』に披歴した、AIについての深い洞察は、非常に示唆的な内容に富み、未来を俯瞰して展望する上で、とても参考になるから、それを紹介した動画を以下に貼り付ける。
「真善美」という意味において、Anthropicに集まる顔ぶれが、真のAI分野のプロであり、日本でAIエンジニアを自称し、政治権力と癒着している上に、詐欺師集団に属す「チームみらい」とは、全く異質の頭能集団である。ディジタル大臣の平井卓也を始め、竹中平蔵やホリエモンが並び、高学歴を誇ってはいるが、小賢しさだけが目立つ上に、拝金主義がギラギラしている、自称AIの使い手の若い未来派は、どうにも胡散臭い人材群である。
ダボス会議 (WEF)にも関係を持ち、高市早苗や小池百合子を経由し、統一教会に密着している黒い人脈は、ミルナー・グループの下部組織で、クローバリストに結び付き、ピラミット型の構造を作り上げ、ブロックチェーンを構成している。それが幕末現象の形で、日本の未来をどう狂わすかは、今後の歴史の流れが物語るし、病状の発症状況を通じて、着次第に明らかになるはずだが、それを理解するためには、脚注のついた以下の記事を読めば、成程と理解できるのである。
それは私が留学した時に、フランス人の教授の口から、「肝心なことは本文ではなく、脚注の中に隠すものだ』と教えられ、それが古典の読み方だと分かり、解脱の意味を納得したのだった。その意味で「NOTE」にある、この記事の中に挿入された、引用文献と脚注を熟読玩味して、アモティ博士が語りかける、該博で豊堯差を湛えた智慧に、肉薄して頂ければ嬉れしい限りだ。

“牝鶏晨す” — the hen that crows at dawn.
The phrase appears in the Shujing (書経), in passages traditionally interpreted as warning against the inversion of ritual order. The crowing hen is not zoological curiosity but political metaphor: when functional hierarchies are reversed, decay follows. Classical commentators from the Han period onward read it as a sign of dynastic exhaustion.
Philology teaches us that symbols endure longer than regimes.
Before 1914, Europe’s proclamation of “dawn” belonged to men formed under Bismarck’s constitutional authoritarianism. The Prusso-German Reich, like the Habsburg and Romanov empires, embodied paternal sovereignty. With the abdication of Wilhelm II (1918), the execution of Nicholas II (1918), and the dissolution of Austria-Hungary and the Ottoman Empire, the imperial principle collapsed.
The Weimar Constitution (1919) represented rational reconstruction; yet Carl Schmitt already perceived its structural fragility. Bureaucracy supplanted aristocratic honor; legality displaced legitimacy. Out of the weakened republic emerged Bolshevism under Lenin and Stalin, and Fascism under Mussolini (1922) and Hitler (1933). Both were bureaucratic absolutisms masked as ideological opposites.
Franklin D. Roosevelt’s New Deal must be read within this genealogy. Though constitutionally liberal, it adopted quasi-socialist mechanisms to preserve capitalist order. The wartime alliance with Stalin was tactical, not metaphysical. Japan’s wartime system — what some scholars have termed “emperor-centered state socialism” — fused sacral authority with total mobilization.
The Cold War, often presented as inevitable, was shaped decisively by Winston Churchill. In his Fulton speech (1946), the “Iron Curtain” became more than metaphor; it became geopolitical architecture. Churchill’s hostility toward Russia drew upon British imperial geopolitics — Halford Mackinder’s Heartland theory — but also personal formation. His mother, Jennie Jerome, was an American of Jewish background; Churchill’s Anglo-American consciousness combined imperial nostalgia with transatlantic sensibility. His anti-Bolshevism predated 1946 and influenced Anglo-American alignment.
Thus began the bipolar age.
Yet the terminal solvent of both Soviet communism and Western cohesion was neoliberalism. Milton Friedman’s Capitalism and Freedom (1962) supplied doctrine. Margaret Thatcher, prime minister from 1979, implemented it: privatization of British Telecom, British Gas, British Airways; deregulation of finance; confrontation with the National Union of Mineworkers (1984–85). The Falklands War (1982) restored nationalist vigor, yet industrial Britain continued to erode.
The epithet “Iron Lady” concealed structural costs. Social cohesion weakened; inequality widened; local industry declined. Historians such as Eric Hobsbawm have noted the long-term transformation of British society under Thatcherism.
Liz Truss, briefly prime minister in 2022 for 45 days, attempted a radical tax-cut experiment without administrative preparation or fiscal coherence. The bond market revolt that followed exposed not merely miscalculation but lack of statecraft. In philological terms: rhetoric without praxis. The system rejected her.
Japan’s trajectory parallels this belatedly. Under Junichiro Koizumi and later Shinzo Abe, market fundamentalism and constitutional revisionism were advanced simultaneously. The result has been described by critics as a hollowing of deliberative politics. In this context, Sanae Takaichi’s ascent must be evaluated not merely symbolically but administratively. Her public record reveals rhetorical militancy but limited executive accomplishment; policy articulation has often lacked fiscal or diplomatic depth. If leadership is measured by strategic foresight and bureaucratic mastery, the evidence invites skepticism.
The American case differs in origin. The United States was forged not from aristocratic continuity but frontier rupture. Frederick Jackson Turner’s Frontier Thesis (1893) emphasized the shaping force of the frontier. The cowboy — armed, autonomous, improvisational — became archetype. This mythos cultivated vitality but also normalized violence and speculative capitalism. The frontier spirit encouraged risk; it also sanctified expansion and dispossession.
Ronald Reagan’s presidency (1981–1989) revived frontier rhetoric while institutionalizing neoliberal doctrine. Though the Cold War concluded favorably for Washington, fiscal deficits ballooned and deindustrialization accelerated. Pax Americana, like Pax Britannica before it, exhibited late-imperial symptoms: military extension, financialization, internal inequality.
Michio Morishima of the London School of Economics anticipated aspects of this decline. In Why Has Japan “Succeeded”? and later works, he warned that institutional rigidity and imitative neoliberalism could produce structural decay. His method resembled Hippocratic prognosis: observe symptoms, trace causes, anticipate crisis.
Anthropology and the Problem of Role Inversion
The argument here is not reducible to feminism. It concerns anthropological structure.
Across millennia, Homo sapiens organized survival through differentiated roles shaped by biological constraints. Archaeological and ethnographic evidence suggests persistent patterns: male exposure in hunting and warfare; female centrality in reproduction and domestic continuity. These were adaptive logics, not moral decrees.
Modern egalitarianism, ethically necessary, has often blurred the analytical distinction between equality of dignity and uniformity of function. In periods of civilizational fatigue, symbolic inversions proliferate. Myth remembers Amazons, witches, and prophetic queens not as sociological norms but as crisis figures.
In contemporary Europe, the prominence of female nationalist leaders — Marine Le Pen in France, Giorgia Meloni in Italy — coincides with democratic fatigue and bureaucratic distrust. In Northern Europe, transparency tempers extremism; in parts of Eastern Europe, incomplete democratization strengthens authoritarian reflexes.
Germany’s memory of Weimar and Hitler creates resistance to charismatic absolutism, yet economic anxiety fuels resentment. Britain corrected Truss rapidly. The question remains whether Japan’s electorate, shaped by different civic traditions, possesses equivalent reflex.
The Present as Pivot
Civilizations decline not by catastrophe alone but by inversion — by confusion of symbol and function, rhetoric and capacity.
The hen that crows at dawn does not cause the sunrise; it signals disorder in the coop.
We inhabit a pivot point where neoliberal capitalism has exhausted legitimacy, bureaucracies lack authority, and populist rhetoric substitutes for administrative competence. History, as Nietzsche observed, returns in masks. One must read the genealogy beneath the mask.
To misread the sign is to mistake symptom for cure.

自民党が圧勝した今回の総選挙は、自民党島根第一選挙区においては統一教会という反社会的勢力が取り仕切ったインチキな総選挙であったと評することができます。
